Veneers are considered a permanent procedure because a thin layer of natural enamel is removed to bond them. They typically last 10–15 years and are replaced rather than removed.
Professionally supervised whitening is safe for enamel. The hydrogen peroxide in Zoom works on stain molecules, not tooth structure. Mild temporary sensitivity is normal and resolves within 24–48 hours.
Yes. For veneer cases we use digital previews and, in some cases, a temporary mockup placed directly on your teeth so you can preview the new shape before any permanent work begins.
